Civil and structural detail engineering for the TSP-Handling & Storage project of the OCP in Jorf Lasfar (Morocco)

Our work consists of defining the detailed civil and structural engineering of the new two-chamber compartmentalized concrete silo with eight discharge hoppers for the storage of 4,500 tons, included in the OCP TSP project in Jorf Lasfar (Morocco).

The elements included in our scope are:

  • Foundation
  • Reinforced
    concrete silo main body with roof slab and perimeter railings.
  • Discharge hoppers with fluidization system and anti-wear plates.
  • Integration of the EP01 to EP04 distribution belts defined by IMASA. Design of the support floor for these with access (stairs and railings).
  • Access stair tower.
  • Centralized dust collection at the top, referring to the collection system on the CP04 and CP05 belts and the storage volumes of the silo itself.
  • Transfer tower from CP04 to CP05 with a maintenance hoist. The definition of these tapes was the work of IMASA.
