Design and calculation of flotation tanks and hydrocyclone verification

In this project, we have carried out different engineering services for the verification of the structural design criteria of the specifications of the steel structures.

We have also performed the static and dynamic calculation of a hydrocyclone and three sets of flotation cells.

The scope of the work for the hydrocyclone has been to obtain static and dynamic loads on the structure where it rests and the verification of its support frame.

For the flotation cells we carried out the design of the tanks and platforms of their flotation mechanisms, including the design of supports for seismic loads.

We also developed detail engineering for the fabrication of metal structures, floors, handrails, etc including bolted joints to allow remote fabrication and container transportation.
