Typologies of structures:

Domes:

Ringed roof with triangular box-girder trusses, connected at the crest using a ring that works as a skylight.
Conventional structure in pyramid body.
Metal plate or concrete enclosure/envelope.

Hangars:

Ringed roof with triangular box-girder trusses, ideal for long spans (over 50 m).
Conventional ridged-roof gantry structure with reinforced or plain triangular trusses, depending on the span to be covered.
Enclosure/envelope in conventional or Portuguese self-supporting plate.
