Installation project of a crusher and an analyzer in CEMEX cement factory in Castillejo

Our services have consisted of the necessary mechanical implementation of structural engineering and contracting specifications for the installation of a new analyzer and a new crusher at the CEMEX cement factory in Castillejo (Toledo).

The so-called DRM project includes the replacement of a clay crusher with a new one and the installation of an analyzer to control the composition of the raw materials used in the feed of the factory’s crude mill. 

For this project the following works have been carried out:

Mechanical Engineering: 

• 3D model design developed in native Solidworks software.
• Basic engineering for the implementation of the analyzer, including the supplier’s instructions (possibility of removing the analyzer, access limitation and perimeter closure). 
• Basic engineering for the implementation of the new crusher, including access stairs for maintenance from the truck unloading level.

Structural Engineering: 

• Calculation and design of the new removable cover of the analyzer. 
• Definition and design of an access ladder in the dragon crusher building. 

Construction project:

Report and Annexes, Specifications, Bill of quantities and Budget, Basic Health and Safety Study and General drawings, as well as the Construction drawings of the civil works ande metal structure.
