Two additions silos project for CEMEX in Castillejo

Ingenova developes the engineering of the new  installation of two additions silos at CEMEX’s factory in Castillejo (Toledo).

This engineering consists of:

• the implementation, mechanical and civil engineering of two 1000Tn metal silos including their support structure, maintenance platforms, foundation and a light platform on them for the filling conveyor.
• the mechanical and civil engineering of the transport of filling the silos, including the installation of a new elevator and the metal structures necessary to support the elevator, walkways for the new aerials and access stairs to intermediate floors and the roof of the silo.
• the basic implementation of pneumatic transport from the silos to cement mills 6 and 7.
